I hope they do the appreciation package, and make it feel appreciative, like giving some new primal chest bp that could still be obtained for late joiners. No economy breaking, no exclusive, new for everyone. Plus it shows they are trying to change things.

My impression is the thank-you thing is going be very minimal in terms market impact, aka a small amount of currencies and some decorative stuff. Its more of a, thought that counts, thing for probably the lions share of forums users, but it's an awesome move in the direction of positivity and newer player retention.

OH! One other thing, Bloop hired me to work out a theoretical best team based on new information.

Here's what I've got:

I believe that's an average return on raid of 140, and a lot more if the heroes hit loot bonus.

I missed it last nights, but I only see 50% energetic on Mila.

Sooooo.....

Tonight I did some work on gathering worker EXP data, specifically determining proportionality, and a few other things. I've been working closely with Akerson and Cray36 (i think thats his in game name?) a lot on LINE to identify test cases and ways to tease out some conclusions -- here's what I've got so far.

(this is all specific to worker exp from crafting items)

1) Each item has a set EXP number.
2) It is not modified by item quality.
3) It varies by very small amounts (8-12 exp), but always just two outcomes (x, x+y).
4) Having more skill points in this craft does not increase the BASE EXP gain.

I've got all the data here in my catch-all spreadsheet, if anyone wants to poke around in there.

What I'm hoping to do (with Aker's help, hopefully) is reverse engineer some sort of formula, make predictions, and test those predictions in-game.

I've got an idea or two on other avenues to test as a proof of concept, but I'm tired and brain no worky very okay.

Once we've got all this stuff compiled in a nice neat package, I'll have Abqu* write up a more formal post in Strategy or General. Thanks!


EDIT.

Spoke with the user, Internet, on twitch and discord. He had the smart idea to check it vs the spreadsheet, and wouldn't ya know, the total exp to workers is the same as the BASE shopkeeper exp value.

He then did some math magic (i'm not mathy, we know this) and reverse verified the data collected.

Hopefully I can bug him to tell you all how?
