Did not receive items from Starter Pack #3

I bought the starter pack #3 on Friday and didn't receive any of the items. I submitted support tickets through facebook (which they just closed and said they forwarded to developers) and the game but I haven't heard back in over 24 hours. I'm almost at the point where I can afford the slot unlocks that it would have provided but I can no longer request a refund. I know the answer is probably to wait for a response to my support tickets but it's a little frustrating that I've bought something that is going to be useless by the time I get it, so I wanted to make sure others were aware that this could happen, unless someone from the game could respond and let me know that this is just a freak incident??

Sorry you're experiencing issues with your purchase. I've gone ahead and let Darkis know about it and he will look into it as soon as he can.


Edit: Forgot to mention, it's a national holiday on Monday so a lot of people have taken the weekend off so you may experience delays in response.
