Suggestion - Moderators for World Chat

Lately I’ve noticed quite a bit of vulgar remarks, towards other player’s body parts. Hand-in-hand with that, the continuous political figures popping up and making statements.
Isn’t there any way to appoint 24 hour moderators? To just send in tickets with snips takes hours to reach support especially when it’s in their night time. Please have a look at this. There is underage children playing this game, what do we do to protect them? Let’s just stop and think of all the voiceless people whom might be a victim of points mentioned above in real life; same type abuse go forth in a game, is uncalled for.

I think it would be a good idea if the community can regulate the chat. If the same message has been reported more than X times, it should get deleted immediately from world chat and the user should be chat banned for 1 hour or something and the admins should get a copy of the original message so it can be reviewed. The X can be 3,5,7 etc or whatever. Additionally repeat offenders can have longer chat bans and eventually admin can deal with them appropriately.

What would prevent someone from getting all their friends to report someone simply because they don't like them?

Perhaps if there is enough false reports, the ones doing the false reports, would also receive punishment.

Right. There can be a warning for people who falsely report.

Not sure if it solves the problem tho coz to "mute" it or ignore it for yourself all you need to do is close the chat or relogin so youre in another channel. Maybe if they just gave us buttons that allow us to switch between all available channels this problem could be considerably mitigated.
