I'm a little tired of repeating the description of the problem (here, in private, in technical support).
But ok, I can repeat.

Look at this:

35 fusions. 11 approaches for 5-6 (and even 8) hours each.

Expectations:
- less then 20% of green trash (~20% of green+navy)
- ~30% of epics (one and a half times more!)

Instead I have 40% of trash! Almost half of fusions! And only 11.5% of epics! Four epics instead 9-12. During 3-4 days!

Now stop making up answers like "Dude, this happens!"
The described situation is ordinary for me for many months!
I regularly get a double amount of green trash + half amount of epics.
I've never got a reverse situation. But statistics say that I should got it in one and a half times more, isn't it?
Therefore, something is wrong?

I repeat:
- during the months
- double amount of LESS probable greens - common situation
- double amount of MORE probable epics - do not remember that
- normal amount of trash and epics - sometimes
- during the months!


Technical support in principle does not notice that this is not a one-off incident. In response, they start talking all kinds of nonsense. As if it happened only once. And the key answer: "We understand how frustrating it could be". And what?!

Just stop this bullsh and FIX the problem!
Or EXPLAIN why I frequently get 10-15% epics instead of 30% and NEWER get 40-50% of epics instead of 30%

As a postscript:

30 minutes ago I crafted in the row:
- 90 x Robe [7] and got 20 flawless
- 26 x Imperial Mantle [25] and got 1 flawless
- 28 x Sandals [1] and got 8 flawless + 1 epic

So deviative... Completely independent of the level... MAYBE. But we frequently notice such a coincidences... Not at all suspicious...

Are you sending in support tickets for this?

Is this feedback, a bug report, or a complaint?

Lots of other users have tried to reason with you in your feedback thread. This really isn't a bug, and bogging down the support staff on this seems a little excessive.

If you're trying to start a level-headed conversation, this really isn't the best way to start.

Twice. Seems they can't understand that this is not a single failure, but a constant problem for me

The RNG is far too streaky to be (approaching) true random.

It behaves like semirandom gradual noise.

Should balance out to the same average though, but of course we don't know if Cloudcade is telling the truth about the odds.
