@Azbandar, none of the quest drop events would be starting during raid. They would be starting after the raid has ended.

Ah, so "Sunday" == monday 00:00h UTC start. (sunday for USA timezones)
as of 2016-09-11: Player level: 44, City: Eolythes, Blueprints: 517, Mastered: 419, Crafted: 78.61K
(except for tier 1 and some tier 2 artifacts mostly running my shop/gearing self sufficient)

4 P.M PST is the typical start time which is UTC -8.

Yes, we know at what time of day the events usually start/end. It was simply not quite clear on which days the events were supposed to start because there was no time zone mentioned. (When an event starts the calendar date for everyone in Europe and Asia is already one higher than for everyone in America.) Intuitively I had assumed the dates to be UTC because that is the server time, but because there was no event up I considered that CC might be located somewhere on the American continent (I googled it and confirmed that) and that you had written the dates according to your local time. So I asked here to be sure. By now we know that you meant your local time.

I need to swap that into that list and get it updated, I think trying to get it out with the raid would be a good idea.

I think most people use the 0% events to run the Personal Quests.
