Out of curiosity how long have you been playing shop heroes (how far you are and what are your goals), what brought you to it the game and how would you describe your experience so far?

What honeymoon period? :)

I've been playing SH for oh quite a while now and I'm probably in the mid-late game area depending on your definition, done lots of reading, got quite a good sense of the game but can always learn more. Goals currently are... attempting to get GT (maybe I'll get Darkis to fix that one...) and eventually expanding the city. I was recommended the game by a close friend of mine (whom still plays the game!).

As for my experience well...

The Game: The game is pretty good but it definitely needs some work and polishing.
-The UI could use some reworking and additions
-The chat system works… and that's about it, it really needs a decent overhaul
-The balancing can be a bit funky and some of it feels a bit punishing
-The chest system… yeah…
-Lots of samey artwork
-Music is lovely
-TH system is nice but could use some work
-GT seems so awesome (Darkis please)
-Pretty darn fair for free players.

May the GT RNG smile upon you! That is a BP that took me a long time to find... so long that I was a bit obsessive

Ah, the infamous "oops, players progressed way more quickly than we expected, so now we need to bump max levels from 40 to 50, but we don't have enough new artwork ready, so no choice but to use recolors for the new lvl 41-50 items". ;) Can at times be annoying if you pick the wrong item; might help if the tradehouse filters get ported over to inventory, cauldron etc. ;-P
as of 2016-09-11: Player level: 44, City: Eolythes, Blueprints: 517, Mastered: 419, Crafted: 78.61K
(except for tier 1 and some tier 2 artifacts mostly running my shop/gearing self sufficient)

Welcome! Hopefully we can see more thoughtful and measured responses on both sides. Both the community and the game have a lot to offer, and are dependant on each other. Keep the information flowing, accusations and negativity to a minimum.
Good luck and looking forward to seeing what is next.
