Support ticket

Hello support team,

I made a ticket last friday on my mobile device. On my phone i couldnt look in on the active ticket. Yesterday found out that you did response on friday (my tablet did show the support ticket). I tried to react to the anwser but didnt work. On the mobile device you cant send an screenshot of your purchase! Also on phone cant look into your active ticket! Both needed to get fixed. I only was able to close the ticket as solved. Couldnt react.
Yesterday i made new ticket. Heared from city members that reaction was fast (1 hour) if ticket was complete (ticket was about linking my mobile game to steam so i can play on pc to). I didnt got a reaction and contacted cloudcade on facebook. Got a reaction 17 hours ago that the support team was going to look to my ticket soon. Not solved yet. Again contacted on facebook. Message was readed but no any reaction at all. When is my support getting fixed? You got my ticket at all or still miscomunication? I lost allot of time by this. I hope can be fixed soon. All the things i mentioned. Let me know about my ticket!

Team is looking into this and they have had a heavy amount of reports this week due to various issues, folks getting new devices needing account transfers etc.
