Afraid to Buy Booster Packs

What's the message when you don't even bother putting Easter packs back on sale on Easter... ?!

I was looking forward for that and ready to invest a few more bucks but now it's really just another proof that this game has been abandonned.

As far as I know from past behaviour, pack start and end dates are hardcoded into the client app. So no old or new packs popping up in the game without a client app update...
So until they rewrite that code or get back to a frequent updates schedule, it's only through support for the seasonal packs.

Look, I hate to be the bad guy so soon after I started but I've seen you spreading this type of misinformation on various platforms and I'm going to start clamping down on that. He was banned for spreading incorrect rumors and bad information about CC, not for trying to buy something. Seems perfectly reasonable to cut off any flows of misinformation.

He was ready to invest, but CC is not able to make it possible. The hardcoded packs in client dont allow this. I know you can contact Support to buy diamonds and get pack manually, but thats not the same. That's true, and hopely will be changed sometimes.
So it's not wrong to tell, CC is not able to change that to be able to purchase whatever he want's, when he like to buy it.

I dont know what is on other platform's. But are you sure it's the same person? It's would be easy to write in discord as another person than here in forum. The argument for ban, cause writing elsewhere something about CC is suspect. Hope nobody will use my name in other platform so i will be banned.....

I'm trying to understand why you're jumping the gun and sorta getting the pitch forks ready.

YOU do realize that packs have always been buy it now or wait a year. I made the call to open that up and have Support handle the request.
