Web Support Issues and News

Greetings Shopkeepers!

We wanted to share some very important news with you all regarding the recent issues many have been encountering playing on Facebook and various Web platforms.

Due to Unity limitations and Limited Browser Support for the Engine overall with Shop Heroes, we feel that to help provide better support and ensure an enjoyable playing experience, we would like players to Sync their accounts to another platform to play on when encountering issues.

While you can still play on these platforms, we will not be able to help resolve a majority of the issues you will run into such as frozen loading screens, out of memory errors and the dreaded all Black screen.

Our Support Team will be making all account sync/transfer request are TOP priority to ensure we make this process go as smooth and quickly as possible for those affected.

Because of this, we will be crediting those writing in for this process to be carried out 100 gems for the inconvenience caused.

We appreciate everyone's understanding in this and know this is quite frustrating for those affected.

P.S. We do have some exciting news to share next week regarding the State of the Game, What’s coming soon to a Shop near you and detailing of our game plans moving forward with Shop Heroes.

Pretty excited to dive in and share that with you all!

**Update** Yes we are still supporting these platforms and will have more information to share shortly that should hopefully resolve this.

So i've put in a request for sync 72 hours ago now at this point, is your ticket system just overwhelmed? or?
