New Gem Cap on Trade House

Hi Shopkeepers!

We'll be releasing a small update by the end of the day tomorrow. We will be implementing a new Gem cap to help prevent fraud.

The caps will be as follows:

Level * 25 * quality_multiplier

Common: 1
Good: 1.25
Great: 2
Flawless: 3
Epic: 5
Leg: 10
Mythical: 25

Level = Level of the item you want to offer/request

Additionally, this will not be reflected in the UI until the next major update.
