We highly recommend linking your game to a service such as Google Play, Game Center, Kongregate, or Facebook to prevent account loss and easy access to your account.
For those that have not linked your account, here are some simple instructions:
- Enter the Settings menu
- Click the Account tab
- Select platform of your choice
- Be sure account is linked
For players that updated and have "lost" their account, please follow the steps above and re-link to the previously linked platform. If you this still does not restore your account, please send a ticket to https://cloudcade.helpshift.com/ and be sure to include the following information for BOTH accounts:
- ShopKeeperName#12345 (found under your name in the profile menu)
- Level
- City
- Gold
- Gems
- Purchase Receipts
